  • Personal Care: Assistance with daily living activities such as Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Feeding, Exercising, Toileting, Positioning, Laundry, Escort (Employee Cannot Drive), Meal preparation, Cleaning, Skin and Hair care, Ambulation, Assistance with self-administered medications, and other activities of daily living.
  • Skilled Nursing Care: Medical care provided by licensed nurses, including wound care, Catheter Care, Ostomy Care, IV Therapy, medication administration, and monitoring of health conditions.
  • Therapy & Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Vestibular Testing/Therapy, Anticoagulation Therapy, Cardiac, Rehabilitation, Respiratory Rehabilitation, COPD, Heart Failure Precautions, Fall Prevention, Post Surgical Spine, Total Hip & Knee, etc. services designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Medical Services: Coordination of care with physicians, prescription management, Medication Management, Injections, Enteral Feeding, Wound Vac, Monitoring Vital Signs, Pain Management, Chronic Disease Management, Education and Training, Nutrition Support, Physical Therapy Support, Respiratory Care, Post-Surgery Care, Emotional Support, Disease Processes, DM, Management (Diabetes Management), HTN Management (Hypertension Management), Covid Management, Metabolic Syndrome Management, Stroke/Cardiac Rehab etc.
